POSITION INFO: Receptionist \/ Girl Friday R10000 - R12000 Neg \/ Linbro Park Our client is looking for a professional, energetic, and reliable lady to join their busy Truck Rental Company Professionally greet and assist clients and visitors. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. Take accurate messages and manage general enquiries. Perform general reception and office administration duties. Prepare correspondence and documents using Microsoft Word. Capture and maintain data on Microsoft Excel. Filing, scanning, and maintaining office records. Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks. Keep the reception area neat, organised, and welcoming.
