Job description

Winelands Dentistry is a group dental practice with branches in Somerset West and Stellenbosch. We are seeking a Receptionist for our Somerset West branch.

The role is a patient-facing, front-of-house position covering reception and general administration, including welcoming patients, managing appointments on GoodX, processing payments and supporting the admin team with daily front-desk duties.

Requirements:

Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred
Medical or dental practice experience an advantage
GoodX or similar practice management software an advantage
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Non-smoker
Preferably must reside in the Helderberg region (Somerset West, Strand or Gordon's Bay) with reliable transport.

Salary: R11,500 – R13,500 per month depending on experience.
