Job description
You'll manage inbound seller leads from first phone call to signed contract. No cold calling random lists — these are motivated sellers who reached out to US. Your job is to build rapport, understand their situation, and guide them to a deal.
Day to day, you will: - Take inbound seller calls and qualify leads (property details, motivation, timeline, price expectations) - Follow up consistently by phone, SMS, and email until the seller makes a decision - Keep our CRM (InvestorFuse) updated after every single interaction - Make 100+ dials per day with 12.5+ hours of weekly talk time - Report your pipeline and call metrics to management weekly - Close a minimum of 1 contract per week after training
