Rapid Response Officer

Benncorp WC is a professional security services company providing rapid response, guarding, CCTV monitoring, technical security installations, and related security solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Rapid Response Officer to join our team in Moorreesburg, Western Cape.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade C PSIRA registration (minimum requirement)
• Valid Armed Response Certificate
• Valid South African Driver’s License
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in armed response or a similar security role
• Must reside in Moorreesburg or be able to reliably commute to Moorreesburg
• No criminal record
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and after-hours when required

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarm activations and security incidents
• Conduct patrols and inspections as required
• Assist clients during security-related emergencies
• Complete incident reports and relevant documentation accurately
• Liaise professionally with clients, law enforcement, and management
• Ensure company vehicles, equipment are maintained according to company procedures
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and PSIRA regulations
