Job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review batch manufacturing and packing records
-Conduct internal, supplier, and customer audits
-Manage SOPs, specifications, CAPAs, deviations, and document control
-Investigate customer complaints and perform production quality checks
-Support SAHPRA, SAPC, and Halaal compliance
-Assist with Health & Safety and staff training
Requirements:
-Relevant qualification in Quality Assurance, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field
-Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP-regulated environment
-Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
