WE ARE HIRING – QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) AGENT
International Call Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate agent calls for quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to campaign scripts, processes, and company standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Complete quality assessments accurately and within deadlines.
- Track agent performance and report quality trends.
- Assist with coaching and development initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of evaluations and quality scores.
Requirements:
- Previous call centre qa experience
- Strong listening and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Computer literacy and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes is advantageous.
