Job description

Position Overview: The Property Sales Agent will be responsible for managing property sales and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect property.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market analysis.
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and financing options.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Stay informed about industry trends and local market developments.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Property Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Valid real estate experience.
Strong understanding of property markets and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
