Sehudi Nature Park is an established eco-destination located just outside Gaborone, Botswana, currently undergoing a high-stakes evolution. Having successfully completed its initial operational phase, the park has paused regular public operations to break ground on a premium transformation.

Our next chapter sees Sehudi reimagined as an ultra-exclusive, boutique glamping destination. Merging the raw, untouched beauty of the Botswana landscape with a sophisticated "rugged luxury" aesthetic—inspired by world-class global design notes from Mykonos, Marrakech, and Soho House.

At our core, we believe that true luxury is sustainable. Built around principles of conservation, low-impact architecture, and active ecosystem restoration, Sehudi provides an intimate, restorative sanctuary for global travelers while empowering the local community. We are building a world-class destination from the ground up, and we are looking for ambitious, precise, and vision-driven professionals to help us execute this next phase.

Role Description

Role Overview: Sehudi Nature Park is transitioning into an exclusive luxury glamping eco-destination targeting high-net-worth international inbound and local tourists. We are seeking a highly organized, driven and assertive Project Manager to oversee the development phase. You will be the sole point of contact for all contractors, builders, and engineers, ensuring the project is executed on time, within budget, and to a world-class "rugged luxury" standard.

  • Type: Full-Time Contract (6–12 months, with potential to transition to Operations)
  • Location: Gaborone, Botswana (On-site presence required)

Role Description

  • Contractor & Vendor Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all builders, MEP engineers, and off-grid utility vendors. Hold crews accountable to strict timelines and design specs.
  • Timeline & Budget Control: Manage the daily construction schedule, predict bottlenecks, and ensure no budget overruns occur.
  • Quality Control & Aesthetic Alignment: Ensure construction teams execute the high-end finishes required for a luxury brand without compromising the existing natural landscape or tree cover.
  • Reporting: Provide concise weekly progress and financial variance reports directly to the Founder & CEO.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in construction project management, ideally within commercial property, high-end residential, or the safari/hospitality sector.
  • Proven experience managing multi-vendor sites and reading architectural/engineering blueprints.
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Valid drivers license
  • Entrepreneurial attitude & ruthless executor to serve highly demanding role and Founder.
  • *MUST HAVE an eye for rugged luxury

Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
