Job description

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Bupo Animal Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Lead, motivate, and manage production personnel.
Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Monitor production efficiency, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Coordinate production activities with Quality, Warehouse, Marketing, and outsourced Maintenance.
Procurement of packaging material and stock control.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Previous manufacturing supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Highly computer literate with good organizational skills.
