Job description

Falcon is seeking a skilled Product Support Technician: Amazone to provide technical support, commissioning, training, and maintenance for the Amazone range of agricultural equipment. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems, supporting dealers and customers in the field, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and according to customer requirements.

Relevant post-matric qualification in mechanical, instrumentation, or fitting
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an agricultural technical service or support environment
Experience working with tractors or specialised agricultural implements
Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
