Porter/Driver Monthly Paid

Cape Town

As our Porter/Driver, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of hospitality and guest experience and exceeding guest exceptions by providing them with an outstanding first and last impression.

Working in our Front Office Department, you will ensure all guest luggage is offloaded and transferred to their respective rooms upon arrival and assist guests with luggage upon departure. Part of your responsibility will be to park guest vehicles safely.

For this role, we require a Matric Certificate and a valid Driver’s license. Experience in an upmarket 4* or equivalent environment, with multiple functions such as luggage handling, driving, and foyer duties, is also necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts is a must.

An excellent communicator, you are neat with a professional appearance, product knowledge, or our hotel and city. You need to be able to lift heavy objects manually.
