Fluent Dutch speaker required. This is a must, not a nice-to-have.

Personal / Virtual Assistant

Salary: up to R29,700 / month
Hours: aligned to Dutch business hours
Location: South Africa (remote)
Contract: long-term placement

What will you do?

Managing calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics end-to-end
Handling inbox triage, correspondence drafting, and follow-ups
Researching, summarising, and presenting options — not just raw information
Tracking deadlines, tasks, and commitments across multiple workstreams
Coordinating with third parties such as suppliers, clients, and service providers
Picking up ad hoc personal and professional tasks as they arise

Who are you?

Fluent in Dutch, written and spoken (essential)
Comfortable with ambiguity — you make a call when there's no playbook
Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365, project management tools, and communication platforms
Discretion with sensitive information is a baseline for you, not a selling point
Proactive by default — you flag problems before they become fires
