Job Description: Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Process monthly payroll, including new hires, terminations, adjustments, and incentives Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and benefits Prepare and distribute payslips to employees Ensure compliance with labour and tax legislation (BCEA, LRA, Income Tax Act) Prepare and submit EMP201 monthly declarations (PAYE, UIF, SDL) Manage EMP501 reconciliations and generate IRP5/IT3(a) certificates
