Parts Sales Representative

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their equipment.

Process customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities.

Follow up on quotations and outstanding customer enquiries.

Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent after-sales service.

Work closely with the stores and procurement departments to ensure parts availability.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Assist with stock control and inventory management when required.

Requirements

Previous experience in parts sales, preferably within the mining, construction, agricultural, or earthmoving equipment industry.

Good understanding of heavy equipment components and spare parts.

Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office and sales/inventory systems.

Valid driver's licence.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests.

Excellent attention to detail

Experience working with Chinese brands.

Technical background in diesel mechanics, earthmoving equipment, or mining machinery could be beneficial.

Sales-driven and target-oriented.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
