Outbound SDR & Campaign Manager
Remote | Full-Time | $2,000/month base + commission
We’re hiring an experienced outbound SDR to manage B2B outbound campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn.
This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. Your main job is to manage our outbound campaigns, handle responses, qualify interested prospects, and call warm leads to turn them into qualified sales meetings.
We work with B2B companies selling high-ticket services, with average deal sizes of $25,000–$50,000 so you must have a excellent understanding of business.
What You'll Do
- Manage cold email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Monitor and respond to prospect replies
- Qualify inbound responses and interested prospects
- Call warm leads generated from our campaigns
- Follow up with prospects who haven't booked
- Call no-shows and rebook meetings
- Manage LinkedIn conversations
- Keep prospect and pipeline information organized in our CRM
- Make sure interested prospects are followed up with quickly
- Work with our team to improve messaging and campaign performance
You will not be responsible for closing the final deal. Your job is to generate, qualify, and book strong opportunities for our sales team.
Compensation
$2,000 USD/month base
Plus 2% commission on revenue from deals that close from meetings you generate.
Our average client deal is $25,000–$50,000, meaning a closed deal would typically pay you an additional $500–$1,000 in commission.
There is no cap on commission.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident speaking with U.S.-based CEOs, founders, and executives
- Previous B2B sales, SDR, appointment-setting, or outbound experience
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Experience with cold email and/or LinkedIn outreach
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Strong follow-up skills
- Able to work U.S. business hours
- Comfortable working independently and being measured on results
Experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar outbound tools is a plus.
