ABOUT THE ROLE

This isn't a call centre job. You will be the voice that opens the door with senior decision-makers: VPs, Directors, CEOs at companies most sales teams can't get near. Your job is to run the calls and book the meeting. This role is built for someone who wants to get thrown in the deep end and come out the other side sharper.

IS IT FOR ME?

• Aged 21-28
• 6+ months' experience in sales
• Competitive by nature, you want to see your numbers, beat your numbers, then beat them again
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where the phones don't stop
• Neutral, clear accent and confident on the phone
• Hardworking, coachable and hungry to grow
• Adaptable and switched on: every industry, every call, every person on the other end is different
• Thick-skinned and patient, you don't let a tough call rattle the next one

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Making outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads across different industries in the USA
• Booking meetings between your prospects and our clients' sales teams
• Hitting daily call volume and weekly meetings-booked targets
• Working closely with the team to sharpen scripts, objection handling, and what's actually landing on calls
