What you’ll do:

Drive Sales & Revenue Growth

• Lead, coach, and empower a team of sales-driven agents to exceed targets.
• Implement powerful sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue.
• Consistently analyze data and performance trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Interpret sales data and provide actionable insights that optimize processes.
• Create and deliver high-impact client reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) with sharp commentary on sales trends and forecasts.
• Leverage automation to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
• Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team
• Motivate, mentor, and manage a team to consistently achieve and surpass performance goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Implement performance management strategies to develop and retain top talent Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence
• Drive adherence to regulatory and compliance standards to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with clients to maintain strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Continuously optimize workflows for maximum efficiency and impact.

What you’ll bring:

✅ 3+ years of experience as a Call Centre Manager in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

✅ Matric (Grade 12) – additional sales or management qualifications are a plus!

✅ Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

✅ Exceptional people management and leadership skills – you know how to motivate, inspire, and hold teams accountable.

✅ Strong client engagement skills – you build relationships that drive business success.

✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into action.

✅ Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, automation tools, and performance tracking software.

✅ Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
