Bubbly Agent (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-site commercial, hygiene and industrial cleaning operations within mining and regulated environments. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, and client satisfaction while leading high-performing teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Operations Management, Business Management or related field.
• Valid Code B driver's licence.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in commercial, hygiene or industrial cleaning operations.
• Minimum 5 years' senior management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites, contracts and large workforces.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and cost control experience.
• Experience in mining or industrial environments will be advantageous.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office); ERP experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and service excellence.
• Manage operational budgets, profitability and cost control.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with MHSA, OHSA and company SHEQ standards.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
• Promote Bubbly Agent's Vision, Mission and SPEQI Values.
