Job description

Busy logistics company in Riverhorse Valley is looking for an Operations Clerk to join our operations team.

Duties would include:

-Co-Ordination of local and national collections

- Liaising with 3rd party agents to ensure timely collection and delivery of shipments.

-Providing support to sales representatives to ensure we are meeting customer expectations.

The following skills are required:

-Experience in courier and logistics essential

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to handle difficult or dissatisfied customers professionally

-Strong organisational and time-management skills

-Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

-Attention to detail when capturing customer information or processing requests

-Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email systems)

-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

-Professional telephone etiquette

Own transport essential.

Experience:

Courier or logistics: 1 year (Required)
