Job Vacancy – On-Field IT Technician
OSCS IT Support Services
OSCS IT Support Services is looking for a motivated, reliable, and professional On-Field IT Technician to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or field technician role
- Experience with desktop, laptop, printer, and network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage onsite support calls
- Must be punctual, professional, and of sober habits
- Valid driver's licence is essential
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install and configure computers, printers, networking equipment, and other IT devices
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, and preventative support tasks
- Escalate complex issues where necessary and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Relevant IT certifications or qualifications will be advantageous but are not required. Practical experience and technical ability are highly valued.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
