SUMMARY: The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a mature, proactive, and dynamic Office Administrator / Personal Assistant in the Bedfordview area to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires an individual who is highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting various aspects of the business.

POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities Office Administration Provide day-to-day administrative support to management. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, letters, and packages. Prepare reports, capture data, and maintain administrative databases. Take and distribute meeting minutes. Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Personal Assistant Support Assist management with scheduling, diary management, and coordination of appointments. Support business operations through effective communication and follow-up on key tasks. Coordinate meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed. Operations Support Assist with staff scheduling and training coordination. Oversee maintenance requirements and ensure issues are addressed promptly. Schedule service providers and equipment repairs. Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and customers to maintain strong working relationships. Marketing & Social Media Assist with marketing initiatives and advertising activities. Coordinate and manage social media content and engagement. Support promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives. Minimum Requirements 3-5 years' experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role. Previous experience within the restaurant, hospitality, food service, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments is essential. Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Professional, mature, and adaptable approach to work. Key Attributes Highly organised and efficient. Dynamic, energetic, and proactive. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability. Able to take initiative and work independently. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Flexible and willing to assist across multiple areas of the business.
