We're Hiring: Caring & Experienced Baby Unit Teacher
Southern Suburbs, Cape Town

Join Our Baby Unit Team

We're seeking a qualified and experienced Baby Unit Teacher who understands the unique needs of infants and is committed to providing exceptional care, comfort, and early learning experiences.

Your Role Will Include:

Providing attentive, loving care to babies in a safe and nurturing environment
Planning and implementing age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
Monitoring and recording developmental milestones and daily routines
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
Building positive relationships with parents and fellow team members
Supporting each child's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development

Requirements:

NQF Level 4, 5, or 6 in Early Childhood Development (or equivalent)
Experience working with infants and young children
Knowledge of infant care, routines, and developmental stages
Strong communication and organisational skills
Patient, caring, energetic, and professional disposition
Genuine passion for working with babies and young children

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday

Shift 1: 07h00 - 17h00
Shift 2: 08h00 - 18h00
Fridays: 07h00 - 17h00
Includes a 1-hour lunch break

Salary:
Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
