Job description

New Business Developer (IT Sales)

We are urgently seeking a results-driven New Business Developer to actively generate and secure new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong sales ability, capable of identifying leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking and online channels
Present and promote company services to potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in sales / business development (5+ years preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license necessity

Advantageous

Experience in IT, cloud services or cybersecurity sales
Existing client network

Remuneration

Good Basic salary + commission structure
