Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time
Location: Zone Fitness Willowbridge
Willowbridge is one of the Northern Suburbs' busiest lifestyle hubs, and Zone Fitness is right at the heart of it. We're looking for a sales-focused go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking to people, and knows how to close. If you're motivated by targets and passionate about health and fitness, this role was built for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Prospect and sign up new members consistently
- Engage walk-ins and convert enquiries into active memberships
- Manage your leads pipeline with purpose and follow-through
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism on the sales floor
- Contribute to branch growth through daily sales activity
What You'll Need
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- At least 6 months' experience in a sales role
- Solid computer literacy
- A confident, persuasive communication style
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
