Position: Junior Marketing Manager

Industry: Printing, Branding & Advertising

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the printing, branding, signage or advertising industry
• Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Basic understanding of printing, DTF, embroidery, signage and large-format printing will be advantageous
• Creative, energetic and target-driven
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Valid driver's licence will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for printing and branding services
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
• Promote products and special offers to new and existing customers
• Identify and approach potential customers and businesses
• Assist with sales and customer relationship management
• Conduct indoor and outdoor marketing activities
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, activations and promotional events
• Visit businesses and potential clients to promote BrandBase services
• Assist with quotations, marketing materials and promotional campaigns
• Monitor marketing trends and competitor activity
• Help increase BrandBase's customer base, sales and brand visibility

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who is hands-on and willing to work both in the office and in the field. The successful candidate must be comfortable engaging directly with customers, visiting businesses and actively promoting our printing and branding services.
