Job description
Introduction
We are looking for a highly energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of marketing campaigns — from concept through to execution — with a strong focus on social media and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and grow all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, through engaging, relevant, and high-quality content.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, boosting, budget management, monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for content creation, marketing research, campaign planning, idea generation, reporting, optimisation, and improving marketing efficiency.
- Plan, create, and manage newsletter marketing, including content development, design, distribution, and performance monitoring.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including database management, campaign creation, distribution, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Plan and manage WhatsApp marketing and communication campaigns, including promotional messaging, client communication, database management, and campaign coordination.
- Design compelling and professional marketing material using Canva (non-negotiable) for digital, social media, print, presentations, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities, brand activations, campaigns, and events, ensuring effective execution from concept through to completion.
- Create, edit, and proofread marketing content for social media, websites, newsletters, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other communication channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis and monitor industry and digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics, including reach, engagement, impressions, website traffic, conversions, and advertising performance.
- Compile reports and insights from Google Ads and website analytics, working alongside external partners responsible for campaign and website management.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems, ensuring information remains accurate, organised, and suitable for marketing activities.
- Drive internal marketing and staff engagement initiatives, supporting company communication, brand culture, employee engagement, and internal campaigns.
- Assist in managing relationships with external marketing agencies, suppliers, designers, media partners, and other service providers, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain awareness of digital marketing trends, social media platform developments, AI tools, advertising technologies, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Take full ownership of marketing campaigns and projects, from planning and coordination through to execution, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing role (essential)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Proficiency in Canva (essential – applications without this will not be considered)
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles, analytics, and reporting
- Experience interpreting campaign data and performance metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or similar (advantageous)
What We’re Looking For
- A doer, not just a planner — someone who executes
- Highly creative with fresh ideas for content and campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Confident engaging with external agencies and suppliers
- Passion for marketing, branding, and continuous improvement
Important Note
This is a hands-on execution role, not a senior management position.
Please apply only if you meet the required experience and have a strong background in social media, content creation, and campaign execution.
