Requirements

• A relevant three-year Tertiary qualification (preferably in

Engineering, Finance or Business, etc.)

• Post graduate qualification in Finance or Business

Management is preferable

• Valid driver’s licence
• Considerable Management experience at a senior level in

relevant field (8 years or more)

Key Performance Areas

• Identify and define the immediate, short- and long-term

objectives

• Lead, coordinate, and direct the staff and resources, and

control outcomes associated with utilization, productivity,

and performance of personnel within the branch

• Ensure the effective operation of the Electricity Prepayment

vending service

• Ensure the effective operation of the Electricity Postpayment

service

• Effectively manage and review implemented procedures

and processes that regulates Prepaid and Post-paid

activities with functionalities

• Manage and guide Electricity Prepaid and Post-paid

projects and contracts

• Manage the capital budget, operational budget, and

financial reporting requirements of the branch

• Disseminate functional and Operational information on the

immediate short- and long-term objectives and current

developments, problems and constraints.
