Job description
The Maintenance Assistant is in charge of daily maintenance in our buildings, including resolving maintenance requests from our residents, assist and supervise external contractors, attend to ad-hoc maintenance issues (i.e. leaks, power failure, etc.).The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the issuing of stock to cleaners.The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the supervision of cleaners and gardeners in their respective areas.The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the proper use of the storeroom facilities as well as equipment, including updating inventories, cleaning / maintaining all tools and equipment.The Maintenance Assistant works with other Assistants as part of the Maintenance Team.The Maintenance Assistant reports to the Facility and Hospitality Manager.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
