Key Responsibilities
- Change and set machines to A4 , A5 and A6 formats.
- Set up and adjust Aster sewing machines for production.
- Ensure machines are correctly calibrated to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine-setting issues.
- Work closely with machine operators to achieve and maintain production targets.
- Perform routine machine checks and minor maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with required quality and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Previous experience setting sewing machines is essential.
- Good mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Extensive book manufacturing or printing industry experience.
