Process and administer loan repayment collections accurately and within agreed timelines.
Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of schemes records.
Build, maintain, and strengthen effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Administer scheme loans, prepare and maintain accurate reporting, and documentation related to scheme loan operations.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Manage relationships with scheme stakeholders, addressing queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all loan administration activities.

You will be an ideal candidate if you

Have a degree in Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent.
Have 0 -1 years of experience in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment, with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
