Position: Legal Expert

Type: Contract (Part-time)

Compensation: $40 - $110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 'golden response' contracts and policies for AI training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate legal insights into actionable AI requirements.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI outputs, providing expert feedback to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in contract management.

Requirements

• Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution and have active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Have a minimum of of transactional or compliance legal experience, demonstrating expertise in template-intensive workflows.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in regulatory compliance, contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate law.
• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
