Junior - Mid IT Technician – Complete IT Business Solutions

Complete IT Business Solutions, a leading Managed IT Service Provider based in Sunningdale, is looking for a Junior - Mid IT Technician to join our dynamic team.

What we’re looking for:

• A motivated and tech-savvy individual eager to grow in the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver quality support to clients.
• Must have a valid South African driver’s license.
• Immediate availability would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist with Microsoft 365 user support and administration
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment
• Support network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation
• Assist senior technicians with projects and upgrades

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin/Azure
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Relevant IT certificate or qualification preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Table View, Western Cape 7441: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• SA Drivers Licence (Required)
