Requirements What sets You apart:

• Matric is essential
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Junior Manager within the financial services industry
• Experience managing a high-volume outbound sales team
• 3-month track record of consistent KPI Achievement
• Strong knowledge of sales compliance and quality requirements within the insurance environment
• A passion for developing people and building a winning sales culture
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Clear criminal record
