POSITION INFO: About The Role They are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join their support team. In this role, you will make sure their office staff, and field workers always have working computers, phones, and system access. You will assist their IT department with managing databases and keeping their communication channels running smoothly every day. What You'll Be Doing Hardware support & configuration: Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain company laptops and IT equipment for staff Site phone support: Provide full support for site phones across the country. This includes set up, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and ongoing support. Microsoft 365 & Outlook Management: administrator company email policies, security settings and user support in Outlook\/Exchange Online. Azure & Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, groups, access, permissions, and licensing across Azure AD and Microsoft 365. Licensing Management: Track, allocate, and optimise 365 licenses to ensure cost to efficiency and compliance, Cyber Security Basics: assist with basic security awareness, endpoint protection, and following best practices. What They Are Looking For 1-3 Years of relevant IT support experience. Solid understanding of Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, and Azure fundamentals. A proactive, detail-oriented, and user-friendly approach. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive, female-dominated environment.
