Job description
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and service-oriented Journey Guardian Concierge Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone currently studying or recently qualified in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field who is passionate about customer service and committed to ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and memorable travel experience.
As a Journey Guardian Concierge, you will be the trusted point of contact for clients throughout their journey, providing support, reassurance, and timely assistance before, during, and after their travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for clients throughout their travel journey.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist with travel coordination and itinerary updates.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor client experiences and proactively address potential issues.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company's values.
- Perform general administrative duties related to client care and concierge services.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong empathy and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Calm and composed under pressure, with good problem-solving skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident in dealing with clients.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn.
