Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, and repair of IT hardware, servers, and storage systems.
Support the deployment and maintenance of software and digital security solutions.
Assist in setting up and maintaining conference room technologies.
Provide technical troubleshooting and client support.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and service quality.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in ICT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in ICT systems and digital security.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
