Job description

We are looking for a reliable, self-driven IT Support Technician to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality helpdesk support to our customers, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 Helpdesk Support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Assist clients with networking and connectivity-related problems
Deliver clear and professional communication to customers
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Requirements

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Solid understanding of MikroTik and Ubiquiti systems
Experience working with Splynx (ISP management platform)
Basic networking knowledge (Network+ preferred)
MTCNA certification is advantageous
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

Location Requirement (Mandatory)
