About the Role
Ntiyiso is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior IT Support Technician to join our Information Technology team.
This role is responsible for providing advanced technical support, resolving complex IT issues, maintaining business-critical systems, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees across the organisation. The successful candidate will act as a senior escalation point, contribute to service improvements, and support the delivery of reliable and efficient IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to employees across the organisation.
- Investigate and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Manage and prioritise incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Support Microsoft environments and business applications.
- Monitor and maintain IT service performance and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years' experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Operations
- 2 experience leading or mentoring support teams
- Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and service management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Interested?
