IT Procurement Agent

Senwes is looking for an Industrial Engineer to support and enhance IT project execution through data-driven analysis, process optimisation, and efficient resource utilisation. This position forms part of the centralised IT Project Office and applies industrial engineering principles to improve project delivery performance, governance, and operational effectiveness across the organisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support IT project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse project performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Support resource planning and capacity management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Promote project governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and experience: Relevant degree in IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years' experience in IT equipment procurement, stock management, inventory management, or a closely related environment.
