Salary: Market Related Sun International is looking for an IT Network Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, operation, and support of network infrastructure across properties and central environments and will play a key role in ensuring network availability, performance, stability, and the successful delivery of network-related projects.

Job Description

The IT Network Engineer is responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining Sun International’s network infrastructure across properties and central environments. The role focuses on deploying and configuring network solutions, providing second-line support, ensuring network availability and performance, and supporting project delivery through technical execution. Working within established architecture, security, and governance frameworks, the incumbent collaborates closely with the Architecture, Security, and Service Management teams to ensure a stable and secure network environment.

• Network Operations & Support – Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and multi-site network support.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications in networking and infrastructure technologies.
• Vendor certifications such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent will be advantageous.

Experience:

• 5–8 years relevant IT networking experience
