Stipend: R5,500 per month

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who has completed a Degree in IT or a related field and is looking to gain practical workplace experience in IT support.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed a Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and develop practical IT skills.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work well in a team.

What You'll Do

• Assist with responding to and resolving IT helpdesk tickets.
• Provide basic technical support to employees.
• Assist with setting up computers, laptops, and other IT devices.
• Assist with installing and configuring software and applications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Assist with user account and access-related requests.
• Support the IT team with basic networking and systems support.
• Assist with maintaining IT equipment and records.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT team members.
• Assist with general IT administration and other duties as required.
