Job Description Responsibilities

Convert lead/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including but not limited to:

• Minimum monthly premium written
• Average premium value
• Nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
• Facility quality target
• Cancellation ratio
• Productivity
• FDC (First day close)
• Objection handling

Qualifications

• Matric
• FAIS Regulatory Exam
• Recognized Qualification depending on previous advice- giving roles
