Inbound Customer Service Agent

Overview
Do you have a strong passion for customer service and enjoy assisting people? We are currently seeking skilled Inbound Customer Support Consultants to join our fast-paced team based in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat queries in a professional manner.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services.

Problem Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate teams when required.

Data Capturing & Administration:

• Update and maintain customer records accurately on internal systems.
• Keep detailed notes of all interactions and outcomes.

Performance & Quality:

• Achieve set targets relating to quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company guidelines and compliance standards at all times.

Customer Experience:

• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Communicate clearly and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Working Hours:

• Be available to work flexible shifts between 07:00 and 23:00.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment.
• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• No job hoppers.
• Relevant call centre certifications will be beneficial.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Must have dependable transport arrangements.
• Must be available for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Must live within a 20km radius of Salt River.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R5 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
