Job description
VACANCY: In-House Technical Plumber (Client Support)
Location: New Germany , Pinetown
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced In-House Technical Plumber to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients telephonically with plumbing-related queries.
- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support.
- Diagnose common plumbing issues and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule service calls when required.
- Liaise with field technicians to ensure efficient customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven plumbing experience (trade qualification is an advantage).
- Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems over the phone.
- Computer literate and able to manage customer records.
- Well-spoken, professional, and reliable.
