HR GENERALIST / HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 per month
Our client, a well-established national FMCG company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join their Head Office based in Clairwood, Durban.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with management, supporting operational teams, and driving HR best practices within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.
The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist with proven experience across the full employee lifecycle, labour relations, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and HR business partnering.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant HR qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) capacity
- Previous experience within a Manufacturing / Production / FMCG environment preferred
- Experience working with labour brokers and outsourced workforce providers
- Experience managing large staff complements
- Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Strong employee relations and disciplinary experience
- Experience supporting operational management teams
