Reports to: Depot Manager

Purpose of Position

• To maximize revenue by turning every call received into an order including continuous communication and follow-up with all customers. - To be responsible for the internal sales function including correct administration and processing of orders whilst ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Grade 12.

Experience

• D365 Experience will be advantageous.
• 5 years Hire Desk, Call Centre, Sales, and Administration experience.
• Experience in working with customer satisfaction & index systems.
