What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own high-volume, complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones
• Act as the communication hub between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication
• Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and process gaps before they impact hiring
• Track pipelines, deadlines, and interview stages with precision
• Support and execute recruiting initiatives across multiple roles and teams
• Ensure all interview logistics, documentation, and follow-ups are accurate and timely

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or high-volume recruiting
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
• Experience with virtual interview platforms and scheduling tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping quality
• Experience supporting teams across different time zones (EST/PST/Central required)

Pay: R67,00 - R100,00 per hour
