We're Hiring a Graphic Designer!

Do you see a blank canvas and immediately know where the eye should land first? Can you take a brand brief and turn it into a scroll-stopping ad, a clean web banner, and an email that actually gets opened, all before lunch?

We're looking for a designer who thinks in systems, not just single posts. Someone who's ahead of the brand, not catching up to it.

The role in a nutshell:

• You'll create high-impact digital creatives across ads, social, web, and email for a portfolio of clients.
• You'll work closely with our marketing and paid teams to turn campaign briefs into visuals that convert, not just visuals that look nice.
• You'll be a custodian of brand consistency, keeping every client's visual identity sharp and recognisable across every platform.

You're the right fit if you:
✅ Have 2-4 years of design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
✅ Are confident in both Canva and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
✅ Understand branding and visual storytelling, not just "make it pretty"
✅ Think about performance as much as aesthetics
✅ Can take feedback, iterate fast, and hit deadlines without dropping quality

What you'll be doing:
✔ Designing high-impact creatives for ads, social, web, and email campaigns
✔ Building and maintaining strong brand identities across client portfolios
✔ Collaborating with the marketing team on campaign concepts
✔ Bringing a performance-driven mindset to every piece of creative
