Main purpose of the job

The candidate will be exposed to end-to-end management of the HR processes such as, Recruitment; Onboarding; Employee Records; Employee Wellness; Employee Performance; Employee Relations; and Offboarding, Administration of the organisations HRIS

Qualifications

(Essential)

  • Completed 3-year national qualification in one of the following fields: Administration or Human Resources or Industrial Psychology Experience

  • No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates

Knowledge

(Desirable)

  • EEA; SDA; PFMA; PPEC and APS Acts
  • SETA and SAQA regulations incl. Training principles Technical Skills/ Functional Skills

Established in 1926, the PPECB has delivered valuable services to the perishable products industry for over 90 years by enhancing the credibility of the South African export certificate and supporting the export competitiveness of South Africa's perishable product industries.
