DesleeMattex is seeking a dedicated General Worker to support the efficient operation of weaving looms, ensuring the production of high-quality products while contributing to the achievement of departmental quality, productivity, and output KPIs.### Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
+/- 1 year machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technically minded.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with the efficient operation of weaving machines.
Ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
Identify faults and report quality-related concerns timeously.
Support the shift team where required and assist with other department-related tasks.
Maintain general housekeeping standards and promote a strong 5S housekeeping culture.
